No. Each sale runs as Buy It Now or as an auction, and you can run both kinds on different houses.

SMS is for shoppers. EstateSail can text a check-in update, send a purchase receipt, and, only if the person opts in, mention an upcoming sale. Reply STOP to opt out.

Our professional queue management system makes customer flow effortless:
